Role Description :

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Salesforce Technical Architect located in Indore, with partial work-from-home flexibility. The Salesforce Technical Architect will be responsible for designing and implementing scalable and high-performing Salesforce solutions by collaborating with cross-functional teams. Daily responsibilities include analyzing business requirements, creating technical documentation, supervising the implementation of Salesforce platform customizations, and offering high-level guidance to development teams. The role also involves troubleshooting complex technical challenges and ensuring adherence to best practices and organizational standards.

Qualifications :

- Strong expertise with Salesforce architecture, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, and Salesforce APIs.

- Demonstrated ability to create technical documentation, design scalable and secure solutions, and manage seamless integration with third-party systems.

- Experience in customizing Salesforce applications, developing workflows, triggers, and process automations to meet business requirements.

- Proficiency in leading cross-functional teams, conducting technical workshops, and providing mentorship to junior team members.

- Familiarity with project development cycles, Agile methodologies, and DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines.

- Excellent critical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills to address technical challenges effectively.

- Salesforce certifications like Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA) or Salesforce Application/ System Architect are preferred.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
