Summary of Position :

We are seeking a Senior Developer with around 4 years of experience in full-stack web development to lead and contribute to the design, development, and deployment of our web-based applications.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions that support our mission to improve lives through innovative eye care.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead and contribute to the development of web-based applications, including both front-end and back-end components.

- Translate business requirements into scalable and maintainable software solutions.

- Design and implement software architecture and core components.

- Develop responsive user interfaces using modern frameworks such as ReactJS, Angular, or VueJS.

- Build and maintain RESTful APIs using Node.js, Express.js, or SpringBoot.

- Ensure code quality through reviews, testing, and documentation.

- Collaborate with DevOps teams for deployment and monitoring.

- Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.

- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, proposing improvements to enhance performance and scalability.

Key Requirements/Minimum Qualifications :

- Bachelors Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

- 4+ years of professional experience in full-stack web development.

- Proficiency in JavaScript (Primary), TypeScript , and frameworks like React, Angular (Primary), or Vue.js.

- Experience with Node.js or Express.js (Good to have), and/or SpringBoot for backend development.

- Hands-on experience with SQL and NoSQL databases (e.g., MySQL, MongoDB, DynamoDB).

- Exposure to AWS or other cloud platforms.

- Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Effective communication and collaboration abilities.

Preferred Skills :

- Knowledge of accessibility and performance optimization.

- Familiarity with containerization tools like Docker and orchestration platforms like Kubernetes.

- Work hours: 12 PM to 9 PM IST.
