Qube Cinema - Workflow Lead - Artificial Intelligence

About the Role :

We are seeking an AI Workflow Lead to drive the development and optimization of AI-powered solutions for localization and accessibility.

This role involves leveraging Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs) to enhance speech recognition, language translation, and text-to-speech applications.

The ideal candidate will evaluate and implement AI tools for dialogue dubbing, audio description, closed captioning, and subtitling while working closely with software engineers, technical teams, and creative professionals.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead AI-assisted development and maintenance of applications utilizing Generative AI and LLMs for localization and accessibility solutions.

- Assess, select, and implement AI tools for dialogue dubbing, audio description, closed captioning, and subtitling.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including software engineers, creative professionals, and technical teams, to ensure seamless integration of AI solutions.

- Optimize workflows to improve efficiency and quality in media localization and accessibility services.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Proficiency in Python, with experience in implementing local and cloud-based LLM solutions.

- Knowledge of audio and video file formats and familiarity with libraries such as FFmpeg, GraphicsMagick, and GStreamer.

- Understanding of API and SDK integrations for AI and media applications.

- Strong problem-solving skills with a self-driven and innovative mindset.

- Familiarity with film production workflows is highly advantageous.

- Prior experience in dialogue dubbing, subtitling, closed captioning, and audio descriptions is a plus.
