About the Role :

We are looking for an experienced QA Automation Tester to design, develop, and execute scalable automation solutions. You will work closely with cross-functional engineering teams to ensure product quality across web and mobile platforms.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain automation frameworks using Java, Selenium WebDriver, and BDD (Cucumber).

- Create and execute automated test cases for web and mobile applications (Appium).

- Participate in test planning, requirement analysis, and defect triage.

- Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, Git or similar tools.

- Perform database validations using SQL queries.

- Troubleshoot failures, debug test scripts, and provide root-cause analysis.

- Collaborate with developers and product teams to ensure high-quality releases.

- Contribute to continuous improvement of test strategy, automation coverage, and process efficiency.

Skills Required :

- Strong proficiency in Java.

- Hands-on experience with Selenium WebDriver and Appium.

- Expertise with Cucumber or similar BDD frameworks.

- Good understanding of software testing methodologies and test design techniques.

- Working knowledge of CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Git).

- Solid SQL/database query experience.

- Strong analytical, debugging, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications :

- API testing experience using RestAssured or Postman.

- Familiarity with JMeter or other performance testing tools.

- Exposure to cloud-based testing platforms (AWS, Azure).

- ISTQB certification is an advantage.
