Product Owner - Data Analytics

The core responsibilities for the job include the following :

Product Ownership and Stakeholder Engagement :

- Serve as the primary point of contact for business stakeholders for all data-related initiatives.

- Translate business objectives into clear functional and technical requirements.

- Drive product vision and roadmap aligned with business goals.

- Collaborate with architecture, engineering, and business teams to ensure successful delivery.

- Take accountability for end-to-end product delivery, including UAT sign-off.

Data Analysis and Insights :

- Convert complex data into actionable insights and compelling visualizations using BI tools.

- Work closely with stakeholders to design relevant metrics that support business decisions.

- Design report prototypes and enhance data visualizations for improved decision-making.

Solution Design and Execution :

- Design and document data flows, system architecture, and data structures.

- Define business rules for data accuracy and ensure data quality.

- Guide the data engineering team in implementing accurate and efficient data pipelines.

- Potentially write SQL scripts to extract and manipulate data as needed.

Testing and Integration :

- Coordinate cross-functional, cross-regional integration and end-to-end testing.

- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and completeness across systems.

- Approve solutions before release to User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

Leadership and Communication :

- Present findings and proposals clearly to leadership and stakeholders.

- Mentor junior team members and lead collaboration across business and IT.

- Facilitate and participate in Agile ceremonies and sprint planning.

Requirements :

- Key Skills : AWS, Power BI, SQL, Product Owner, Data Analyst, Business Analyst, Data Analysis, Data Analytics, Business Analysis.

- Minimum 7 years' experience in product ownership, data analytics, or business analysis.

- Proven experience working with cloud platforms (AWS preferred) and data ecosystems.

- Proficiency in Power BI, SQL, and data visualization best practices.

- Experience with system architecture, data pipelines, and large-scale data analysis.

- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodology and SDLC.

- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience with Python and Snowflake.

- Background in Digital Health or similar data-intensive industries.

- Experience working on enterprise-level or global data analytics programs.

- Education : Bachelor's Degree/ Master's Degree in related field.
