Product Manager - Strategy & Roadmap

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Product Manager to take ownership and drive the vision, strategy, and execution of our core intelligent platform.

Responsibilities :

- Define and articulate a clear product vision, strategy, and roadmap for our intelligent platform, aligned with the company's overall goals and market opportunities.

- Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle, including requirements gathering, user story definition, prioritization, sprint planning, and release management.

- Work closely and collaboratively with engineering, UX/UI design, systems architects, data scientists, and other cross-functional teams to deliver impactful and scalable features.

- Deeply understand user needs and market trends through research, analysis, and direct interaction to drive product decisions rooted in user value.

- Collaborate with engineering to ensure technical feasibility, scalability, and maintainability of solutions, emphasizing modular and well-architected designs.

- Identify and evaluate opportunities to leverage emerging technologies such as IoT, edge computing, cloud APIs, and data analytics to enhance our platform and solve real-world customer problems.

- Continuously monitor the market, analyze competitive offerings, and identify opportunities for differentiation and innovation.

- Effectively communicate the product vision, roadmap, and benefits to internal stakeholders, customers, and partners.

- Define and track key product metrics, analyze performance data, and iterate on the product based on insights and feedback.

- Effectively manage expectations and communicate progress with key stakeholders across the organization.

What We're Looking For :

- 7+ years of proven experience in product management and/or technical roles within a software product organization.

- Strong foundation and demonstrable experience in building and scaling B2B or enterprise SaaS products.

- A solid understanding of software development principles, architecture, and technologies.

- Prior experience in engineering or a related technical role is highly preferred.

- A genuine interest in and understanding of IoT concepts, edge computing, and real-time data platforms and their potential applications.

- Proven ability to thrive in a high-autonomy environment, take ownership, and drive innovation.

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.

- An MBA or equivalent business degree is a plus.

- Experience with specific IoT platforms or cloud providers (e.g, AWS IoT, Azure IoT, Google Cloud IoT).

- Experience with data analytics and machine learning concepts.

- Familiarity with agile development methodologies.
