Product Manager

Role : Product Manager

Location : Mumbai, Gurgaon.

Experience : 5+ Years.

What You'll Do :

- Own the Product: Define the roadmap, set priorities, and ship features that make a difference.

- Talk to Users : Get deep into discussions with customers, understand their pain points, and build what they actually need (not just what they say they want).

- Work Cross-Functionally : Collaborate with engineering, design, sales, and customer success teams to ensure seamless execution.

- Be Data-Driven : Use analytics, customer insights, and market trends to inform product decisions.

- Fix Bad UX : Identify friction points and ensure our products are intuitive, fast, and delightful to use.

- Experiment & Iterate : Run A/B tests, launch MVPs, and continuously refine our offerings.

- Champion the Vision : Keep everyone aligned on the bigger picture while executing the details flawlessly.

What You Bring :

- Experience in product management at a SaaS or B2B company.

- A strong technical understanding (you dont need to code, but you should be able to hold your own in an engineering discussion).

- A knack for simplifying complex workflows and designing intuitive user experiences.

- Ability to balance customer needs, business goals, and technical feasibility.

- Experience with analytics tools, user research, and data-driven decision-making.

- Strong communication skills (you can sell a vision, write crisp PRDs, and keep stakeholders in sync).

- A bias for actionyou get things done, iterate quickly, and dont wait for perfection.

Nice-to-Have (Bonus Points!) :

- Experience in real-estate tech, fintech, or related industries.

- Familiarity with agile development, A/B testing, and rapid prototyping.

- Previous experience launching products from zero to one.

- An eye for good design and usability.
