Product Manager

About the Opportunity :

Our company is seeking a highly skilled Product Manager with 5-7 years of experience to join our team.

The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of the international markets and B2B space, as well as full-stack technical experience in working on an enterprise product.

The Product Manager will be responsible for the end-to-end product management lifecycle.

The resource will be involved in shaping the product roadmap, developing/reshaping the existing product (CivitBUILD - Construction Management - civitbuild.in), and helping to launch the product in new markets.

Required Qualifications :

- 5-7 years of experience in the product development space with experience working on enterprise products for international markets and B2B space.

- Preferable to have experience in the construction/real-estate/infrastructure industry.

- Working knowledge of tools such as Jira or Azure Boards.

- Deep understanding of product management principles, methodologies, and tools.

- Deep understanding of agile methodologies.

- Ability to translate business requirements into user stories, use cases and technical requirements.

- Build a well-defined product backlog.

- Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.

- Strong skills with MS Office tools (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Project, Visio).

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

As a Product Manager, you will :

- Own and prioritize the product backlog, define clear user stories, and collaborate with engineering teams to ensure successful sprint execution.

- Agile/Scrum best practices to drive product development, ensuring iterative delivery and continuous improvement.

- Preferably CSPO certified.

- Understanding of the basic components of AI-driven automation, GenAI, agentic workflows.

- Conduct market research and gather customer feedback to identify customer needs and opportunities for new products/features.

- Contribute in shaping the product roadmap, prioritize features and develop a release schedule that aligns with the company's strategic goals.

- Work with cross-functional teams including Engineering, UX/UI Design, Marketing, Sales, and Support to ensure successful delivery of product releases.

- Identifying and evaluating new technologies and trends that could benefit the company and determining how to incorporate them into the product portfolio.

- Ensuring that products are tested and validated before release, and that any issues are identified and resolved quickly.

- Monitor and analyze product performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and drive product growth.

- Identify and mitigate risks to the product launch and ensure successful product adoption by customers.

- Shape and drive product demos and POC's for prospective customers.

- Define and drive the product support content generation including help files, FAQs, explainer videos, and marketing support videos.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Minimum educational qualifications : Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration or related field.

- CSPO or PSPO certified.

- Technical background with full-stack development experience is preferred.
