Key Responsibilities :


- Analyze and interpret product and customer data, focusing on user behaviors, trends, and key metrics across the travel and e-commerce domains.


- Collaborate with Product Managers to define product requirements and key performance indicators (KPIs).


- Develop data models, dashboards, and reports to track the effectiveness of product features and enhancements.


- Provide actionable insights to optimize product offerings, customer journey, and user experience in travel and e-commerce environments.


- Conduct A/B testing, cohort analysis, and other testing methodologies to validate product hypotheses and inform decision-making.


- Evaluate market trends, competitive landscape, and customer feedback to inform product development.


- Collaborate with development and design teams to ensure that product features align with customer needs and market demands.


- Work with data engineering teams to ensure data integrity and reliability for accurate reporting and analysis.


- Present findings and insights to stakeholders at various levels of the organization, from teams to executives.


- Assist in prioritizing product enhancements based on data and customer needs.


Qualifications :


- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.


- 1+ years of experience as a Product Analyst, Data Analyst, or similar role, with a focus on the travel and/or

e-commerce industries.


- Strong proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Excel, Tableau, Power BI, or similar tools.


- Solid understanding of e-commerce and travel industry trends, technologies, and customer behaviors
