About the Role :

We are seeking a Product Specialist with 3-5 years of US healthcare product experience to support product strategy, development, and customer engagement.

You will be a key liaison between clients and internal teams, managing support tickets, and generating reports.

Responsibilities :

- Support strategic product planning, development, and launch.

- Define and implement product segment strategies.

- Serve as the primary interface between customers and internal development teams.

- Manage CRM updates and maintenance.

- Resolve client issues and manage requirements via Hubspot ticketing.

- Handle email communications from internal departments and clients.

- Generate and publish monthly usage reports.

Required Skills/Experience :

- 3-5 years of product experience in the US healthcare domain (Mandatory).

- Strong understanding of technology.

- US clinical healthcare experience (preferred).

- Ability to communicate product vision and drive execution.

- Excellent verbal communication skills in English, Hindi, and Malayalam.
