Pocket FM - Associate Product Manager - Artificial Intelligence

Were looking for a dynamic Associate Product Manager (AI) to help shape, build, and launch AI-powered features across our entertainment platform.

This is a high-impact, cross-functional role working alongside AI researchers, data scientists, engineers, and creatives to bring intelligent storytelling to life at scale.

Key Responsibilities :

- Help define, document, and refine product requirements for AI-driven features and systems.

- Work closely with engineering and AI research teams to ensure feasibility and timely delivery of features.

- Assist in building and maintaining the AI product backlog with clear prioritization and scope.

- Conduct qualitative and quantitative research to understand market trends, user needs, and emerging AI technologies.

- Monitor competitive landscape and stay up to date with AI advancements (e.g., LLMs, generative models, personalization algorithms).

- Translate complex AI capabilities into intuitive, user-friendly experiences.

- Collaborate with UX/UI teams to create wireframes, user flows, and prototypes.

- Support agile development cycles by writing user stories, acceptance criteria, and coordinating sprint planning.

- Monitor post-launch product performance using analytics tools (Amplitude, Mixpanel, etc.).

- Identify key product KPIs and track success against business and user goals.

- Support A/B testing and experimentation efforts to drive product iteration.

- Prepare product briefs, dashboards, and presentations for internal stakeholders.

- Clearly communicate product vision, status, and outcomes to teams across engineering, design, marketing, and leadership.

Qualifications :

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.

- 23 years of product management or equivalent experience in tech.

- Strong familiarity with AI/ML technologies (e.g., LLMs, computer vision, NLP, recommendation engines).

- Understanding of how data pipelines and model deployment fit into user-facing applications.

- Solid analytical thinking ability to interpret data and transform it into actionable product insights.

- Proficiency in Agile methodologies and experience with tools like Jira, Confluence, Figma, or equivalents.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across disciplines.
