Role Summary :

We are looking for a skilled PHP Developer to design, develop, and maintain web applications and backend systems.

The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in PHP and associated frameworks, database integration, and a good understanding of frontend technologies to collaborate effectively with full-stack teams.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain web applications and backend systems using PHP.

- Work with PHP frameworks such as Laravel, Symfony, CodeIgniter, or Zend to build scalable and secure applications.

- Integrate applications with databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB) and third-party APIs.

- Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and security.

- Participate in system design, code reviews, and architecture discussions.

- Collaborate with frontend developers, UI/UX designers, and QA teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application issues in a timely manner.

- Develop and maintain technical documentation for applications and processes.

- Stay updated with new technologies, frameworks, and PHP best practices.

Required Skills & Experience :

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

- 3+ years of experience as a PHP developer in web application development.

- Strong knowledge of PHP 7+ and experience with at least one major framework (Laravel, Symfony, CodeIgniter).

- Solid understanding of OOP (Object-Oriented Programming) and MVC architecture.

- Experience with RESTful API development and integration.

- Proficiency in relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and writing optimized queries.

- Familiarity with version control systems (Git) and CI/CD pipelines.

- Basic understanding of frontend technologies : HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery.

- Knowledge of security best practices, including authentication, authorization, and data protection
