About the Role :

We are seeking a highly experienced Oracle GoldenGate Expert to join our team on a full-time contract basis.

This is a remote opportunity to work on cutting-edge data replication and real-time data integration projects for enterprise environments.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, configure, and implement Oracle GoldenGate solutions for high-availability and low-latency data replication.

- Perform end-to-end data replication, real-time data integration, and Change Data Capture (CDC).

- Optimize GoldenGate processes for performance, reliability, and scalability.

- Develop and maintain robust disaster recovery and failover configurations.

- Collaborate with database administrators and application teams for seamless integration.

- Troubleshoot and resolve GoldenGate replication and performance issues.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 8+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle GoldenGate across various enterprise-level projects.

- Deep expertise in Change Data Capture (CDC), conflict detection/resolution, and performance tuning.

- Strong working knowledge of Oracle Database, PL/SQL, and large-scale data architectures.

- Proven ability to work independently in a remote setting and deliver reliable solutions.

- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Nice to Have :

- Experience with other data replication or integration tools.

- Familiarity with cloud-based deployments (AWS, Azure, or OCI).

- Knowledge of monitoring and alerting solutions for GoldenGate environments
