For IBM BAW :

1. Experience of 5-10 years latest versions

2. Proficient understanding of IBM BAW 25.0.0.0.

3. Proficient understanding of Workflow.WorkflowXT.

4. Proficient understanding of IBM Content Navigator,

5. Proficient understanding of IBM FileNet 5.5.x

6. Proficient understanding of Databases like DB2 & MySQL.

7. Good understanding of Custome plugin and Custom ApI.

8. Proficient understanding Microservices and SOAP/REST API

Good to Have :

1. Good communications skills and positive attitude to learn and share

2. Good Analytical skills

3. Good understanding of IT requirements

4. Good attitude and articulation skills

5. Good to have knowledge of Financial Tax domain

6. Good to have knowledge of IBM BAW.

7. Good understanding of Java and SpringBoot.

8. Good to have knowledge of DevOps.
