Job Title: NLP Engineer (Python) Real-World Problem Solver

About the Role:

We're looking for a Python-savvy NLP Engineer who thrives on solving real-world challenges, enjoys transforming messy text data into actionable insights, and excels at building robust NLP solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and deploy NLP models that solve practical business problems think text classification, information extraction, and sentiment analysis.

- Engineer scalable data pipelines that handle noisy, unstructured text data from diverse sources.

- Design solutions that are efficient and maintainable, not just theoretically sound.

- Collaborate closely with domain experts, product teams, and stakeholders to understand key challenges and craft practical solutions.

- Continuously refine and improve models in production to boost performance and accuracy.

What Were Looking For :

- Strong Python skills, with experience in libraries like spaCy, transformers, and other open-source NLP tools.

- Hands-on experience working with real-world text data social media feeds, customer reviews, or business reports.

- Solid understanding of NLP fundamentals, but more importantly, the ability to apply those concepts effectively.

- Experience deploying models in production API integration, cloud platforms, or containerization (e.g., FastAPI, Flask, Docker).Problem-solving mindset you're comfortable exploring unconventional approaches to achieve practical outcomes.

- Experience working with vector databases, semantic search, or knowledge graphs is a plus.

Nice-to-Have Skills :

- Experience fine-tuning transformer models like BERT, GPT, or similar for specific tasks.

- Familiarity with MLOps practices for scaling and monitoring NLP models in production.

- Knowledge of data visualization tools to present insights effectively.
