Role Summary :

In this role, you will leverage your technical expertise to drive strategic initiatives. With a focus on automation, artificial intelligence (AI) and innovative technology solutions, you will work closely with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to enhance business processes and support the organizations growth objectives.

Job Responsibilities :

Tech-Driven Strategy : Collaborate with senior management to develop and execute technology-focused strategies that align with the organizations goals. Utilize automation and AI to propose and integrate advanced solutions.

Innovative Problem-Solving : Address complex challenges with creative, technology-based solutions. Use your technical skills to develop novel approaches that meet organizational needs and seize emerging opportunities.

Project Execution : Partner with cross-functional teams to lead and manage strategic technology projects. Ensure timely delivery and effective implementation of automation and AI solutions.

Software Development : 1+ year of experience in the following :

- Python or Node.js.

- Frameworks - Express, Django/FastAPI/Flask.

- Experience with Microservices architecture and a solid understanding of Design Principles.

Data-Driven Insights : 1+ year of experience in the following :

- Working with RDBMS (MSSQL/MySQL/Postgres/MariaDB)

- NoSQL databases (MongoDB/DynamoDB/CouchDB)

- Caching technologies (Redis/Memcache).

- Familiarity with vector databases (Milvus/Mongo/PG/Chroma/Weaviate) or similar is a plus.

GenAI : Hands-on experience with generative AI models via APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Grok, Gemini). Experience with GitHub Copilot is a plus. Practical experience or projects in prompt engineering would be an advantage.

Tech Trends & Research : Conduct research on emerging technologies and industry trends. Utilize this information to make informed recommendations and drive technological advancements within the organization.

Academic Qualification and Competency :

Educational Background : Bachelors degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field from Tier A colleges.

Experience Level : 2-3 years of experience in technology-focused roles involving automation, AI, or similar areas. Experience in strategic planning or project management is a plus.

Technical Proficiency : Proficiency in relevant technology tools and platforms, with a focus on automation and AI applications in business settings.

Creative Insight : Ability to think creatively and generate innovative solutions using technology. Experience with ideation and brainstorming processes is beneficial.

Analytical Skills : Strong analytical abilities to assess data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights.

Communication Skills : Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly present complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.

Team Collaboration : Effective in working collaboratively within a team and across departments to achieve common goals.
