Description :

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune and SCCM (SCCM preferred but not mandatory).

- Strong understanding of Windows device lifecycle management.

- Expertise in application packaging, patching, and Windows update deployment.

- Proficiency in managing Group Policies, device configuration profiles, and compliance policies.

- Experience with Conditional Access, Entra ID, and app registration.

- Expertise in PowerShell scripting.

- Knowledge of vulnerability remediation practices and tools.

- Ability to troubleshoot Autopilot, app deployment, and device enrollment issues.

Key Responsibilities :

Device Lifecycle Management :

- Oversee provisioning, configuration, maintenance, and retirement of Windows devices.

- Support Windows Autopilot deployment and troubleshoot related issues.

Endpoint Configuration & Compliance :

- Create and maintain device configuration profiles and Group Policies.

- Manage and troubleshoot compliance policies, app protection policies, and device enrollment issues.

Application & Patch Management :

- Package and deploy applications using Intune and SCCM.

- Manage Windows update deployment and patching strategies.

Security & Access Control :

- Implement and manage Conditional Access policies.

- Work with Microsoft Entra ID including app registrations and identity governance.

- Perform vulnerability remediation across endpoints.

Automation & Scripting :

- Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts for automation, reporting, and troubleshooting.

Monitoring & Troubleshooting :

- Diagnose and resolve issues related to app deployment, device compliance, and update failures.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations and user experience.
