Position Overview :

We are seeking a Lead Full Stack Engineer (Golang/Java) with strong expertise in backend service development and frontend application development.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in building scalable microservices, event-driven architectures, and modern web interfaces using frameworks such as React.js, Vue.js, or Next.js.

This role involves technical leadership, architectural decision-making, mentoring team members, and collaborating closely with Product and Engineering stakeholders.

Role & Responsibility :

- Lead the design and development of backend services using Golang and/or Java

- Architect and implement microservices for scalability, reliability, and performance

- Build and maintain RESTful APIs and ensure seamless integration with UI components

- Implement concurrency and parallelism (goroutines, worker pools, asynchronous processing, etc.)

- Work with event/message-driven systems using Kafka, RabbitMQ, or ActiveMQ

- Design and optimize database structures (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis, or equivalent)

- Develop responsive, user-friendly frontend interfaces using React.js / Vue.js / Next.js

- Collaborate with UI/UX teams to translate design into functional UI components

- Review and optimize code for maintainability, performance, and scalability

- Mentor and guide engineers, conduct code reviews, and enforce coding standards

- Lead and contribute to architectural discussions and technical design sessions

- Participate in Agile ceremonies sprint planning, stand-ups, demos, retrospectives

- Ensure smooth collaboration across cross-functional teams including QA and DevOPS

Skills and Qualifications :

- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field

- 7years of fullstack development experience

- 3+ years of hands-on experience in either Golang or Java (both preferred)

- Proficiency in React.js, Vue.js, or Next.js for frontend development

- Strong knowledge of microservices architecture and scalable system design

- Experience with event-driven/message-driven systems

- Hands-on expertise with SQL/NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL/MongoDB/Redis)

- Understanding of network programming is a plus

- Strong command over Git, CI/CD workflows, and Agile methodologies

- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills

- Proven experience mentoring engineers and leading technical initiatives
