Job Summary :

We are looking for an experienced MicroStrategy Developer to join our BI & Analytics team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining MicroStrategy dashboards, reports, and schema objects to support our data-driven decision-making process.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop, maintain, and support reports, dashboards, and visualizations using MicroStrategy.

- Design and implement schema objects (attributes, facts, hierarchies) and application objects (grids, documents, dashboards).

- Collaborate with business analysts, data engineers, and end users to understand reporting needs.

- Optimize report performance and troubleshoot MicroStrategy application issues.

- Design and manage security filters, user roles, and access privileges.

- Participate in BI environment upgrades and patches when needed.

- Maintain documentation for developed reports and data models.

Required Skills :

- 25 years of hands-on experience with MicroStrategy development.

- Strong understanding of data modeling, SQL, and relational databases (Oracle, SQL Server, etc.).

- Experience creating schema and application objects in MicroStrategy Developer and Web.

- Knowledge of MicroStrategy Enterprise Manager, Object Manager, and Command Manager.

- Familiarity with performance tuning and best practices in MicroStrategy.

- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP.

- Familiarity with data warehouse concepts and ETL tools.

- MicroStrategy Certification is a plus.

Education :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
