Machine Learning Engineer - Python

Experience Level : 5 Years (4+ years of generative AI and ML experience).

Position Description :

We are looking for an ML Engineer to analyze large amounts of raw information to find patterns that will help improve our products.

We will rely on you to build data models to extract valuable business insights.

In this role, you should be highly analytical with a knack for analysis, math and statistics.

Your task is to gather and prepare data from multiple sources, run statistical analyses, and communicate your findings in a clear and objective way.

Your goal will be to help our company analyze trends to make better decisions.

Qualifications/Skills Required :

- 4+ years of experience in developing generative AI models and algorithms.

- Experience with deep learning architectures such as GPTs, GANs, VAEs and Transformers.

- Advanced knowledge of natural language processing for text generation tasks.

- Strong understanding of neural network architectures and optimization techniques.

- At least one year of hands-on experience in image processing and computer vision.

- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, and PyTorch for developing AI models.

- Experience with cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure) and containerization (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).

- Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and software development methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum).

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.

Job Responsibilities/Essential Functions :

- Create, build and implement AI and machine learning models and algorithms to address complex business challenges.

- Extend existing machine learning libraries and frameworks.

- Optimize and fine-tune AI and ML models for performance and efficiency.

- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to generative AI models and implementations.

- Research and stay up to date on the latest advancements in Generative AI technologies and methodologies.

- Communicate complex technical concepts and findings to non-technical stakeholders.

- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers and data scientists, guiding them in best practices and advanced techniques.
