About the Role :

We seek a Mid-Level Machine Learning Engineer to join our team and contribute to developing and training cutting-edge AI models. The ideal candidate will have experience in designing, implementing, and optimizing machine learning algorithms with a strong focus on synthetic data generation.

You will work closely with engineers, data scientists, and researchers to develop scalable AI solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Define, develop, train, optimize & implement machine learning models for various applications.

- Design and implement algorithms for synthetic data generation to improve model performance and generalization.

- Fine-tune and optimize deep learning architectures for performance, scalability, and efficiency.

- Work with large datasets, preprocess data, and ensure high-quality training pipelines.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate models into production environments.

- Stay up to date with the latest advancements in ML, AI, and synthetic data generation.

- Write efficient, well-documented, and reproducible code.

Requirements :

- 3-5 years of experience in machine learning, AI, or a related field.

- Strong experience with Python and ML frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-Learn.

- Solid understanding of deep learning, computer vision, NLP, or generative models (GANs, VAEs, Diffusion Models, etc.

- Experience in developing synthetic data generation techniques for model training and evaluation.

- Proficiency in data preprocessing, augmentation, and pipeline optimization.

- Strong background in mathematics, statistics, and optimization techniques.

- Experience working with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and deployment of ML models in production.

- Ability to work both independently and in a collaborative environment.

Nice to Have :

- Experience with simulation-based data generation (i.e., Unity, Blender, or 3D modeling tools).

- Familiarity with large-scale data processing frameworks (Spark, Dask, Ray, etc.)

- Knowledge of MLOps tools for model versioning, monitoring, and deployment.
