We are seeking a highly skilled Lead MERN Stack Engineer with strong hands-on experience in MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of designing scalable applications, leading development teams, and delivering high-quality software solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead and mentor a team of MERN stack developers, ensuring best practices and coding standards are followed.

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using the MERN stack.

- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.

- Conduct code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and guide the team in solving complex technical issues.

- Drive end-to-end project execution, including planning, estimation, and delivery within timelines.

- Ensure high performance, security, and responsiveness of applications.

- Stay updated with new technologies and propose improvements to enhance product quality.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 5+ years of hands-on experience in MERN stack development.

- Strong expertise in JavaScript, TypeScript (preferred), REST APIs, and modern front-end development practices.

- Experience leading or managing development teams.

- Solid understanding of system architecture, cloud services (AWS/Azure/GCP), Git, CI/CD pipelines, and microservices.

- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to make technical decisions and guide team members.
