Lead Data Analyst - Python/Tableau

Role Overview :

What You'll Be Doing :

Build & Scale Analytics :

- Set up and lead the analytics function from the ground up-vision, tooling, frameworks, and processes.

- Perform deep-dive analyses, build dashboards, and automate reports to empower data-driven decisions across teams.

- Drive accurate data collection, tracking, and reporting practices.

Team Leadership :

- Hire, coach, and mentor a high-performing team of analysts.

- Review analytical work, guide strategic thinking, and promote a culture of curiosity, precision, and impact.

Cross-Functional Collaboration :

- Partner with Product, Business, Ops, Data Science, and Engineering to solve high-impact problems with data.

- Champion data adoption across the organization.

Data Infrastructure & Governance :

- Collaborate with Data Engineering to build robust data models and pipelines.

- Define key business metrics, ensure data quality, and drive documentation and governance best practices.

You Will Thrive in This Role If You Have :

- 8 to 12 years of experience in analytics or data science, including 4+ years in leadership roles.

- Expertise in SQL, and proficiency with Python, R, and dashboard tools like Metabase or Tableau.

- A track record of building systems and teams from scratch.

- Strong business acumen with the ability to influence strategic decisions through data.

- Experience in a fast-paced startup or tech-enabled environment.
