- Provide Level 3 support for critical Java applications in production and non-production environments.

- Troubleshoot complex application issues using Java, SQL, and Unix/Linux.

- Analyze logs, monitor performance, and resolve production incidents efficiently.

- Write and debug small scripts and code snippets (8-10 lines) in Java, Shell/Bash, or Python to resolve issues.

- Support deployment and configuration of applications in Linux/Unix environments.

- Optimize SQL queries and assist in database-related troubleshooting.

- Automate repetitive support tasks using Shell/Bash or Python scripting.

- Develop scripts for log monitoring, batch jobs, and data validation.

- Lead a team of 3-8 support/development engineers, providing guidance, mentoring, and performance feedback.

- Ensure knowledge sharing and implement best practices within the team.

- Assist in resource planning, task allocation, and tracking team deliverables.

- Work closely with development, QA, and operations teams to resolve issues and implement solutions.

- Communicate effectively with stakeholders about issue status, root cause analysis, and resolution plans.

- Maintain proper documentation of incidents, resolutions, and SOPs.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Strong experience in Java development and support.

- Hands-on expertise in Unix/Linux administration and shell scripting.

- Proficiency in SQL and database troubleshooting.

- Scripting experience in Python is an advantage.

- Strong coding skills to write short, effective code snippets (8-10 lines).

- Experience leading and mentoring a team of 3-8 members.

- Solid problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills.

- Familiarity with monitoring tools and production support best practices.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience in application monitoring, log analysis, and performance tuning.

- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes.

- Exposure to Agile/DevOps environments.
