About the job :

As a Machine Learning Engineer, you will design and optimize recommendation algorithms for our Audio Stories and Podcasting Platform. You'll work on ML pipelines, model deployment, and real-time inference systems to enhance personalized content discovery.

Responsibilities :

- Model Development : Build and optimize recommendation models for content ranking and retrieval.

- MLOps and Deployment : Develop scalable ML pipelines for training, deployment, and monitoring.

- System Design : Architect real-time inference systems with high availability and low latency.

- Data-Driven Insights : Analyze user interactions to improve recommendation strategies.

- Collaboration : Work closely with engineering, product, and data teams to align ML initiatives with business goals.

Requirements :

- Experience : 3-4 years in Machine Learning, focusing on recommendation systems.

Technical Skills :

- Expertise in Python, SQL, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.

- Strong understanding of ranking algorithms, deep learning, and MLOps.

- Experience with real-time ML serving architectures.

- Business Impact: Proven ability to deliver measurable improvements in user engagement

through ML solutions.

Bonus :

- Experience in OTT platforms.

- Publications or patents in recommendation systems.
