Java Backend Developer - Spring Frameworks

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Java Developer with 35 years of experience in building robust, scalable, and high-performance web applications.

The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Core Java, J2EE, Spring frameworks, and hands-on experience with modern development tools and methodologies.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions while adhering to industry best practices.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop, enhance, and maintain Java-based web applications using Core Java, J2EE, Spring MVC, Spring Boot, and Hibernate.

- Write clean, efficient, and scalable code with full hands-on involvement in development activities.

- Implement and consume REST and SOAP Web Services.

- Work with UI technologies such as AngularJS, HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript for front-end integration.

- Manage and maintain code repositories using version control tools like SVN, GitHub, Perforce, etc.

- Configure and work with CI/CD tools including Jenkins, GitLab CI, and Travis CI.

- Design, implement, and optimize database queries leveraging open-source databases.

- Interpret and understand functional requirements and design documents to create technical solutions.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment.

- Ensure adherence to software engineering principles and best practices.

- Work in a test-driven development environment to deliver high-quality code.

- Communicate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.

- Stay updated with new technologies and be open to learning and exploring new domains.

- Take ownership of tasks and contribute actively as a team player.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in Java-based web application development.

- Strong knowledge of Core Java, J2EE, Spring MVC, Spring Boot, and Hibernate.

- Experience working with version control systems such as SVN, GitHub, and Perforce.

- Proficiency with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, Travis CI, and GitLab CI.

- Solid understanding of REST and SOAP web services.

- Experience with front-end technologies such as AngularJS, HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.

- Good understanding of open-source databases and ability to write complex SQL queries.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.

- Knowledge of Agile methodologies and software development lifecycle.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

- Banking and Finance domain knowledge (preferred but not mandatory).

- Test-driven development experience is a plus.

- Certifications like SCJP are desirable.

Education :

- B.E./B.Tech. in CS/IT/ECE/EEE, MCA, or M.Sc. (CS/IT) from a reputed and accredited institute with a strong academic record.
