Requirements : Min 4 10 yrs of experiences

1) Business Analysis Skills & Reporting :

- Skilled & experienced in requirements gathering, analysis, documentation and validation.

- Experienced in translating business needs into functional requirements and technical requirements.

- Ability to articulate a clear and comprehensive documentation, including functional specifications, epics, user stories and related process flows.

- Experienced / seniority in generating and presenting reports to stakeholders across the organization.

2) Project Management :

- Experienced with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) and tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence). (Emphasis on Agile and all its aspects)

- Ability to manage timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder expectations effectively.

3) Technical Skills :

- Proficiency in SQL, database management, and data analysis tools not mandatory.

- Knowledge / experience with technical features of Temenos applications, integration methods and tools e.g API, Postman

4) Technical Expertise in Temenos :

- Proven experience with Temenos core banking system (T24 Arrangement Architecture ) including implementation, configuration, migration and customization.

- Understanding of Temenos T24 Arrangement Architecture , preferrably having training and/or certification in the AA module.

5) Architectural Knowledge :

- Experienced / background in system architecture, including designing, implementing, and optimizing complex IT solutions.

6) Migration Experience :

- Demonstrated experience in migrating systems, particularly involving Temenos Arrangement Architecture proposed solution for mapping the existing features, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.

- Understanding of data migration strategies, and risk management during migration.
