Description :

- Collaborate with support and implementation teams to translate hotel operational needs into ERP system designs and functional enhancements.

- Design and implement solutions for bills, reports, dashboards, and HTML-driven forms or UI elements in both on-premise and Cloud SaaS products.

- Develop, maintain, and enhance Crystal Reports, Tableau dashboards, and HTML templates to support client decision-making and operational reporting.

- Ensure ERP outputs (invoices, receipts, settlements, reports) are professionally formatted using HTML/CSS to align with customer branding and compliance requirements.

Technical Leadership & Team Collaboration :

- Provide technical leadership to support and implementation teams, ensuring adherence to best practices and quality standards.

- Guide junior engineers in report development, HTML design, and dashboard customization.

- Work closely with cross-functional teams (Product, QA, Implementation, and Customer Success) to deliver high-quality, customer-ready solutions.

SKILLS :

- Bachelors/Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

- 6+ years of software development experience.

- 3-6 years of experience in Crystal Reports development.

- Hands-on expertise in VB6.NET, SQL Server.

- Strong proficiency in SQL, HTML (design & customization), XML, JavaScript, and CSS3.

- Proven ability to design and customize HTML-based reports, invoices, and settlement forms.

- Advanced Tableau skills for analytics, visualization, and interactive dashboard creation.

- At least 2 years of experience in hospitality ERP technologies, including Front Office, POS billing, and settlement design.

- Strong knowledge of hotel operations and departmental workflows.

- Experience delivering both on-premise and Cloud SaaS ERP solutions.
