Hoi - Technical Product Manager

Job Description :

Key Responsibilities :

- Work closely with business teams and external stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business needs, translating them into clear technical requirements.

- Understand API architecture, data flows, and system integrations to ensure seamless interoperability between different platforms and third-party services.

- Act as the primary liaison between product, engineering, and UX/UI teams, ensuring alignment between technical feasibility and business goals.

- Develop and execute the product roadmap, prioritizing features based on business impact, technical complexity, and market trends.

- Work in an Agile/Scrum environment, defining user stories, backlog grooming, and participating in sprint planning sessions.

- Assess technical constraints and feasibility of new features or product improvements by working closely with engineering teams.

- Stay updated with industry trends, competitive products, and emerging technologies to enhance product offerings.

- Effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and business implications to engineering teams.

- Define acceptance criteria, review test cases, and ensure a high-quality product delivery.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field. A Masters degree is a plus.

- Minimum 3+ years of experience as a Technical Product Manager, Product Owner, or in a similar role within a technology-driven company.

- Strong understanding of API integrations, web services (REST, SOAP), and data exchange formats (JSON, XML).

- Familiarity with cloud computing platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and DevOps practices.

- Experience working with databases (SQL, NoSQL) and data management concepts.

- Understanding of software development processes, system architecture, and microservices.

- Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Trello, or Asana for backlog and sprint management.

- Ability to analyze business problems, break them down into technical solutions, and leverage data for decision-making.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to bridge the gap between technical and non-technical teams.

- Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies, Scrum framework, and experience in leading sprint planning meetings.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience in SaaS, fintech, e-commerce, or enterprise software industries.

- Exposure to AI/ML, IoT, or blockchain technologies is a plus.

- Certification in Scrum, Agile, or Product Management (CSPO, PMP, SAFe) is a plus.

- Experience working with cross-functional teams in a global environment.
