Job Description : Generative AI with Python Lead

Role Overview :

We are seeking a highly skilled Generative AI Lead with expertise in Python to lead the design, development, and deployment of cutting-edge AI solutions. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of generative models, such as GPT, GANs, or diffusion models, and experience in managing AI projects from concept to production. This role involves technical leadership, innovation, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to create impactful AI-driven solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

AI Solution Design :

- Lead the design and development of generative AI models to solve complex business problems.

- Architect scalable AI pipelines using Python and industry-standard libraries/frameworks.

Model Development :

- Build, fine-tune, and optimize generative models such as GPT, GANs, VAEs, or diffusion models.

- Develop algorithms for data preprocessing, model training, and evaluation.

Team Leadership :

- Mentor and guide a team of data scientists, machine learning engineers, and developers.

- Ensure adherence to coding standards, model reproducibility, and ethical AI practices.

Collaboration :

- Work closely with product managers, stakeholders, and other technical teams to understand requirements and deliver AI-driven features.

- Present AI solutions and findings to technical and non-technical audiences.

Deployment and Maintenance :

- Implement AI models into production environments using cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.

- Monitor and optimize model performance post-deployment.

Research and Innovation :

- Stay updated with the latest advancements in generative AI and Python frameworks.

- Experiment with state-of-the-art models and techniques to drive innovation.

Key Skills and Qualifications :

Technical Skills :

Generative AI Expertise :

- Proficiency in GPT, GANs, VAEs, diffusion models, and other generative techniques.

- Experience with transformer-based architectures and natural language processing (NLP).

Python Programming :

- Strong coding skills in Python with experience in libraries like TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face, and Keras.

- Familiarity with data manipulation and visualization libraries such as NumPy, pandas, and Matplotlib.

Cloud and Deployment :

- Experience deploying models on cloud platforms (AWS SageMaker, Azure ML, or GCP AI).

- Knowledge of containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).

Machine Learning Workflow :

- Expertise in model lifecycle management, including data preprocessing, feature engineering, and hyperparameter tuning.

Soft Skills :

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.

- Leadership and team management experience.

Qualifications :

- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field. PhD is a plus.

- 7+ years of experience in machine learning or AI, with at least 3 years in generative AI.

- Proven track record of deploying generative AI models in production.

Preferred Skills :

- Familiarity with MLOps frameworks and tools.

- Understanding of ethical AI and responsible AI practices.

- Experience with large language models (e.g., OpenAI, Cohere, or Anthropic APIs).
