Full Stack Engineer - Node.js/React.js

Description :

We are looking for a skilled Software Engineer to provide technical support for web applications built on Node.js, React.js, and AWS. The ideal candidate will monitor production systems, troubleshoot issues, coordinate with development teams, and ensure high availability in a 24x7 environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Monitor and maintain production web applications built on Node.js and React.js.

- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner to ensure minimal downtime.

- Collaborate with development and operations teams to identify, diagnose, and fix application issues.

- Ensure high availability, reliability, and performance of production systems.

- Participate in incident management and root cause analysis for recurring issues.

- Document troubleshooting steps, solutions, and system configurations.

- Assist in deploying updates, patches, and improvements to production systems.

Requirements:

- Strong experience with Node.js and React.js applications.

- Hands-on experience with AWS services for deployment, monitoring, and maintenance.

- Familiarity with web application architecture, troubleshooting, and debugging in production environments.

- Ability to work in a 24x7 support environment, including handling on-call responsibilities.

- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science or a related field is preferred
