Full Stack Developer - .Net Core/Flutter

Description :

- We are looking for highly skilled Full Stack Developers to join our product engineering team. You will work across the entire technology stack from backend microservices using .NET Core, EF Core, PostgreSQL/MongoDB to a cross-platform Flutter frontend powering web, desktop, and mobile experiences.

- This is an opportunity to build a scalable, global SaaS platform for the maritime and supply chain industry, collaborating closely with product managers, architects, and DevOps engineers.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain backend microservices using .NET Core and Entity Framework Core

- Build clean, responsive, high-performance UI using Flutter (Web, Mobile, Desktop)

- Work with PostgreSQL and MongoDB for data storage, modelling & optimization

- Develop and integrate RESTful APIs

- Participate in architecture discussions, system design, and code reviews

- Implement unit & integration tests and ensure CI/CD readiness

- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve production issues

- Work with DevOps for Docker/Kubernetes deployments

- Continuously improve system performance, scalability & security

Required Skills & Experience :

- Total experience : 5-10 years

- 3+ years as a .NET Full Stack Developer

- Strong expertise in C#, .NET Core, EF Core, LINQ

- Hands-on experience with microservices and REST APIs

- Strong knowledge of PostgreSQL & MongoDB

- Proficiency with Flutter, Dart, and state management frameworks

- Familiarity with Git, Docker, and CI/CD (GitHub Actions / Azure DevOps)

- Strong grasp of design patterns, SOLID principles, clean architecture

- Experience with JWT/OAuth authentication

- Worked on enterprise SaaS products

Preferred (Nice to Have) :

- Kubernetes (microservice orchestration)

- Cloud platforms : AWS / Azure / GCP

- Message brokers : RabbitMQ, Kafka, Azure Service Bus

- Exposure to DDD, CQRS

- Experience in B2B SaaS or marketplace platforms
