EY - Generative AI Engineer

About Us :

We are looking for a client-focused Gen AI & Agentic AI Developer to join our Consulting practice. This role requires both technical expertise and consulting acumen to design, prototype, and deliver AI-powered solutions leveraging the latest in Generative AI and Agentic AI frameworks.

As part of our AI & Digital Innovation team, You will work with senior stakeholders to define Gen AI solutions and build POCs, MVPs, and full-scale implementations.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and implement Gen AI solutions using LLMs (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic, Mistral) for use cases like document summarization, intelligent search, knowledge agents, and chat assistants.

- Build Agentic AI systems using frameworks like CrewAI, LangGraph, AutoGen, enabling autonomous workflows, multi-agent collaboration, and task orchestration.

- Develop proofs-of-concept (POCs), MVPs, and production-ready applications for clients

- Integrate Gen AI solutions with enterprise platforms such as ServiceNow, SAP, Salesforce, and Microsoft 365, using REST APIs and workflow tools.

- Conduct prompt engineering, RAG pipeline design, tool chaining, and memory integration for intelligent agents.

- Participate in client workshops, technical presentations, and solution demos.

Must Have :

- Leetcode score and/or hacker rank score in python, SQL

Skills & Qualifications :

- 4-5 years of experience in software development or AI engineering roles, with at least 2 years in Generative AI or NLP.

- Strong proficiency in Python and popular AI/ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, or similar.

- Strong programming skills in Python and experience with frameworks like LangChain, Hugging Face, LlamaIndex, or OpenAI SDKs.

- Hands-on experience with Agentic AI tools such as CrewAI, LangGraph, AutoGen, Semantic Kernal or similar.

- Familiarity with vector databases (e.g., FAISS, Pinecone, Weaviate) and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) design.

- Expertise in machine learning algorithms and deep learning techniques (e.g., BERT, GPT, LSTM, CNN, RNN).

- Ability to preprocess and work with large datasets, including text, images, and structured data.

- Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure for deploying AI models.

- Experience with APIs, microservices, and integrating AI/ML models into production environments.

- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in an agile environment.

- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.

Education :

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Engineering, or a related field.
