Job Description :

As a Data Scientist at DocOnline, you will play a critical role in using data to drive insights that enhance customer experience, improve B2B demand generation programs, Upsell/Cross effectiveness, customer engagement, patient care, optimize healthcare operations, and improve decision-making processes. You will work with healthcare data, including patient records, clinical data, and operational data, to develop predictive models, perform statistical analysis, and uncover trends that can impact the company.

Job Responsibilities :

1. Data Collection & Cleaning : Gathering and preparing data from various sources, ensuring it's accurate, complete, and ready for analysis.

2. Automate Repetitive Tasks : Develop scripts or applications to automate data-related tasks (e.g., ETL processes, data collection, reporting).

3. Reporting & Visualization : Create insightful visualizations to help stakeholders understand key patterns and trends within the data.

4. Data Analysis : Using statistical techniques and tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Python, R) to analyze and interpret data trends, patterns, and relationships.

5. Predictive Modelling : Build a predictive model to identify customers with a higher propensity to convert for B2B and individual sales.

6. Problem Solving : Identifying issues within datasets and proposing solutions for data-related challenges.

7. Collaboration : Working with business teams to understand objectives and deliver data-driven recommendations that align with organizational goals.

8. Optimization : Continuously improving data collection, analysis methods, and reporting processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

Qualification :

- Master's in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Healthcare Analytics, or a related field.

Experience :

- Minimum of 4 years of experience in data science

Skills :

1. Proven experience in statistical analysis & predictive modeling

2. Analytical Skills : Strong background in statistical analysis, hypothesis testing, and experimental design

3. Communication : Ability to translate complex data insights into actionable recommendations for healthcare teams and executives

4. Problem-Solving : Ability to tackle complex healthcare problems, formulating creative solutions using data-driven approaches

5. Experience in healthcare analytics tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and reporting preferred

6. Solid knowledge of SQL for querying and managing databases

7. Strong programming skills in Python, R, or other data science tools/languages is preferred
