DHI Solutions - Senior Java Developer - Spring Boot/Microservices Architecture

Job Summary :

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Java Developer with strong backend development experience using Java 8, Spring Boot, and Microservices. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of data structures and algorithms, hands-on experience in NoSQL databases such as MongoDB or Cassandra, and a proven track record in system design and architecture.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend applications using Java 8 and Spring Boot.

- Build and maintain RESTful microservices architecture.

- Apply knowledge of data structures and algorithms to develop efficient solutions.

- Work with NoSQL databases like MongoDB and Cassandra for high-performance data handling.

- Collaborate with architects to design system components and application flows.

- Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and architectural planning.

- Ensure best practices in performance, security, and scalability.

- Troubleshoot production issues and implement long-term fixes.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 8 - 12 years of hands-on development experience in Java 8, Spring Boot, and Microservices.

- Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and design patterns.

- Minimum 2 years of current experience in NoSQL databases like MongoDB or Cassandra.

- Experience with designing and architecting backend systems and applications.

- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and cloud environments is a plus.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and communication abilities.

Nice to Have :

- Exposure to message queues like Kafka or RabbitMQ.

- Experience in performance tuning and system optimization.

- Knowledge of DevOps tools and agile methodologies.
