Key Responsibilities :
Data Analysis & Modeling : Perform comprehensive data analysis, develop statistical models, and conduct data modeling to extract meaningful insights from laboratory datasets.
System Integration & Configuration : Understand IRF's (Integration Request Forms) and configure them into one or more laboratory computer systems, specifically with ULTRA/LIS experience.
Validation & Quality Assurance : Apply sound knowledge of test code validation and end-to-end validation processes between LIS and Reporting systems. Participate in Lab System Validation to ensure compliance with regulations like FDA 21 CFR Part 11.
Technical Liaison : Act as a subject matter expert and liaison between IT and other teams to ensure appropriate functionality and data flow across various laboratory systems.
Troubleshooting & Support : Identify and troubleshoot integration issues within laboratory systems. Possess the ability to read HL7 messages and apply knowledge of Corepoint for integration problem-solving.
Communication & Reporting : Regularly communicate findings, insights, and project statuses to stakeholders. Prepare clear and concise sales reports and presentations.
Project Management : Own assigned integration projects, managing them through completion under timeline expectations and effectively prioritizing multiple tasks simultaneously.
Documentation : Maintain meticulous documentation related to data analysis, system configurations, and validation processes.
Required Qualifications :
Experience :
- 5+ years of experience with laboratory systems such as ULTRA/LIS, LIMS, Corepoint.
- Proven experience with laboratory systems like LIMS / CTMS and familiarity with FDA regulations like 21 CFR Part 11.
Data Integration :
- Ability to understand IRFs and configure them into laboratory computer systems like ULTRA. Sound knowledge of Corepoint and the ability to read HL7 messages.
Validation :
- Strong knowledge of test code validation and end-to-end validation between LIS and Reporting systems.
Technical Skills :
- Good computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Word.
Analytical & Problem-Solving :
- Strong analytical skills, close attention to detail, and excellent problem-solving capabilities are essential.
Communication :
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to synthesize information from various topics and communicate findings clearly.
Autonomy & Project Management :
- Capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously and independently.
- Ability to maintain a degree of independence to complete assigned tasks and projects and bring deliverables to completion under timeline expectations.
