An esteemed client of Innoquest Consulting is seeking a candidate with strong experience in Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML)

Experience and Skills :

- Strong delivery management skills

- High degree of communication agility - can act as a key liaison, meeting facilitator, motivates and builds cohesion

- Ability to manage and prioritise multiple initiatives e.g. across workstreams

- Ability to manage and develop Business and Data Analysts

- Highly analytical and critical thinker effective problem solver

- Experience of working with teams concurrently across different geographical regions

- Able to anticipate risk realisation, issues and other challenges and manage appropriately

- Able to balance quality, resources, competing needs and issue management.

Eligibility Requirements :

- Min. 5 years relevant practical experience in project and/or delivery management in a Data or Digital environment

Role and responsibilities :

1. Set-up and establish a delivery framework and build new teams :

a) Work with the onshore Data and Digital leadership to build out the existing and high-level delivery model, from requirement identification through to execution and closure

b) Identify and stand-up the necessary governance model, including the required meetings/forums and standard operating processes

c) Implement/configure delivery management technology e.g. ADO, Planview to enable visibility and tracking

d) Help to lead the onboarding of new team members, supporting them with training, understanding the business and ongoing career development

2. Project & Delivery Management :

a) Work with the onshore teams to triage and prioritise the requests coming into the teams

b) Break these down into logical delivery projects/activities, scoping the work that needs to be completed and organise in to sprints

c) Help to manage the workload being passed to the Business and Data Analysts, clarifying the tasks and activities and supporting throughout execution

d) Work with counterparts within the GCC on cross-team prioritisation and dependencies, namely with the MI teams

e) Ensure team-wide adoption of development and delivery methodologies including using Azure DevOps for backlog, development task and lifecycle management within a light Agile framework (where applicable).

3. Change Control :

a) Align to wider Tech CAB and change control procedures where necessary to ensure compliance with relevant policies and procedures.

4. Delivery Risk and Issue Management :

a) Proactively identify delivery risks and issues, escalating through appropriate channels (working groups, senior Data and Digital stakeholders).

b) Address, monitor and resolve delivery issues relating to technical roadblocks, resource constraints and other unplanned obstacles.

c) Represent team in wider business and technology settings pertaining to specific issues e.g. security, change control
