Role Overview :

We are seeking an experienced and innovative Data Scientist with expertise in large language models (LLMs) and generative AI to drive the development of intelligent and personalized features for the Elefy platform. You will work at the intersection of machine learning, natural language processing, and predictive analytics to build solutions that empower individuals with customized skill-building and job-matching experiences.

What You Will Be Doing :

- Large Language Models : Design, fine-tune, and implement large language models (e.g., GPT, BERT, T5) to deliver features like personalized learning recommendations, automated content generation, and natural language understanding.

- Generative AI : Leverage generative AI techniques to create innovative features, such as adaptive learning paths, automated resume writing tools, and job descriptions.

- Data Analysis & Modeling : Analyze complex datasets to extract actionable insights and enhance the user experience.

- Machine Learning : Develop and optimize predictive and recommendation systems that match users to relevant skills and job opportunities.

- Leverage OpenAI Services further enhance the platform and Optimize Token Management.

- AI Integration : Collaborate with engineering and product teams to integrate AI-driven features into the Elefy platform seamlessly.

- Data Engineering : Build and maintain robust data pipelines using Python, Node.js, and MongoDB.

- Collaboration : Work closely with UX/UI designers, product managers, and stakeholders to deliver data-driven strategies.

- Data Visualization : Create dashboards and tools to make data insights accessible to stakeholders using tools like Tableau or Power BI.

- Documentation : Maintain thorough documentation of AI/ML models, workflows, and data pipelines.

What Were Looking For :

Experience :

- 8+ years in data science, with at least 3 years working on LLMs or generative AI projects.

- Proven experience in building and deploying machine learning models in production environments.

Skills :

- Proficiency in Python, R, and SQL for data analysis and modeling.

- Strong expertise in frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face, and Scikit-learn.

- Prompt Engineering, define libraries for (Few Shot Learning, Dynamic Prompting, Role Play and Chain of thought prompting) will be a plus

- Experience with deploying AI models on cloud platforms like Azure (preferred), AWS, or Google Cloud.

- Familiarity with database systems, particularly MongoDB.

Knowledge :

- Expertise in natural language processing (NLP), large-scale data processing, and generative AI techniques.

- Experience with transformer-based architectures (e.g., GPT, BERT, or similar).

- Experience in Containerization, APIs, Cloud Native Tools Preferably Azure

- Visualization : Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Matplotlib.

- Problem Solver : Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to address complex data challenges effectively.

- Collaboration : Comfortable working in cross-functional teams and Agile environments.

- Bonus Points : Experience with ethical AI practices, AI explainability, or applications in skill-based learning platforms.
