Responsibilities :

- Lead the design, development, and deployment of innovative GenAI-driven NLP and ML solutions to address complex business challenges.

- Optimize the performance of GenAI models and enhance the scalability of AI applications to meet demanding requirements.

- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including engineers, product managers, and business stakeholders, to deliver impactful AI-powered insights and solutions.

- Stay rigorously updated with the latest research, advancements, and best practices in the fields of Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Generative AI (GenAI) technologies.

- Lead and mentor a team of data scientists, fostering their technical growth and ensuring high-quality deliverables.

- Effectively manage stakeholders by providing clear communication, setting expectations, and ensuring alignment on project goals and timelines.

Must-Have Skills :

- Generative AI (GenAI) : Minimum 2+ years of mandatory hands-on experience in developing and deploying Generative AI models and applications.

- People Management : Proven experience in leading and managing teams of data scientists.

- Stakeholder Management : Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate and manage expectations with various stakeholders.

- Natural Language Processing (NLP) : Deep understanding of NLP principles and techniques.

- Machine Learning (ML) : Strong foundation in Machine Learning algorithms and methodologies.

- Deep Learning (DL) : Solid understanding of Deep Learning architectures and concepts relevant to NLP and GenAI.

- Programming : Excellent proficiency in Python programming language.

- NLP Libraries : Extensive experience working with popular NLP libraries such as NLTK, spaCy, TextBlob, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Hugging Face Transformers.

- Pre-trained Models : Hands-on experience with pre-trained language models like BERT, GPT-3, and Transformers.

- Text Processing Techniques : Expertise in various text processing techniques, including Tokenization, Part-of-Speech Tagging, Lemmatization, Stemming, and Named Entity Recognition.

- NLP Applications : Proven experience in developing NLP applications such as Sentiment Analysis, Text Classification, and Entity Recognition.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.

- Minimum of 8 years of overall experience in data science and machine learning.

- A strong portfolio showcasing successful GenAI and NLP projects.

- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.

- Strong communication and presentation skills.

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative, and contract-based environment.
