We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Manager Data Science for our esteemed Retail client to lead their analytics function and support key business initiatives. The ideal candidate will bring strong technical expertise, proven analytical capability, and team leadership experience.

Job Location : Powai , Mumbai (WFO-ONSITE)

Reporting To : Head of Department

Education qualifications : ONLY B.E/ B.Tech/ B.Sc IT/M.E/M.Tech or equivalent (MANDATE)

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and maintain business reports, dashboards, and analytical models to support data-driven decision-making.

- Conduct in-depth analysis of complex datasets to identify trends, diagnose issues, and propose actionable insights.

- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to understand business challenges and recommend data-based solutions.

- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of 2 data analysts, ensuring high-quality and timely deliverables.

- Drive best practices in data governance, data quality, and analytical methodologies.

Required Qualifications :

- 7 to 10 years of experience in Data Analysis, Business Analytics, or Data Science.

- Educational background in Statistics, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.

- Strong proficiency in Python and experience working with unstructured data.

- Hands-on experience with Tableau or similar data visualization tools.

- Experience in the retail or e-commerce domain is preferred.

- Knowledge of SAS is an added advantage.

- Excellent analytical thinking, problem-solving ability, and communication skills.
