We are hiring for one of the Big 4 consulting firms in India, a leading global professional services network. They are seeking a Data Science Consultant with expertise in Generative AI to join their team. This role requires a blend of data science acumen and practical experience in developing and deploying AI-driven solutions, particularly those involving Large Language Models (LLMs) and related technologies.

Job Description :

As a Data Science Consultant, you will work with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams to develop and implement AI-driven solutions. You will be responsible for creating Proof of Concepts (POCs) and Minimum Viable Products (MVPs), guiding them through to production deployment. You will leverage your expertise in machine learning, generative AI, and cloud services to drive innovation and deliver impactful solutions.

Responsibilities :

- Work with business stakeholders to understand business context and key questions.

- Develop POCs and MVPs, and guide them through production deployment and operationalization.

- Develop analytical and modeling solutions using Python, R, and other relevant tools.

- Deploy algorithms to production to extract actionable insights from large datasets.

- Develop and embed automated processes for predictive model validation, deployment, and implementation.

- Implement and utilize Agent Frameworks and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) Frameworks.

- Apply Chunking Strategies for efficient data processing.

- Work with various LLMs and related technologies.

- Utilize Vector Databases and Knowledge Graphs for enhanced data retrieval and analysis.

- Implement effective Token Management strategies.

- Develop and implement Vision-based AI solutions.

- Utilize AI on Cloud Services (AWS, Azure, GCP).

- Apply Open Source Frameworks such as LangChain and Llama Index.

- Work with cloud-based data management tools (Azure Data Factory, Data Lake, Azure ML, Synapse, Databricks).

- Formulate model-based solutions by combining machine learning algorithms with simulations.

- Design, adapt, and visualize solutions based on evolving requirements.

- Compare results from various methodologies and recommend optimal techniques.

- Utilize statistical concepts and ML algorithms.

- Apply descriptive and exploratory statistics, predictive modeling, evaluation metrics, decision trees, optimization, forecasting, and deep learning methodologies.

- Lead discussions at peer reviews and influence decision-making.

- Provide thought leadership and subject matter expertise in machine learning and AI.

- Communicate data analysis assumptions and results effectively.

- Facilitate cross-geography sharing of new ideas and best practices.

- Work effectively in Agile environments.

- Lead and manage customer business results through data scientists or professional services teams.

Required Qualifications :

Education : Master's of Science or Bachelor of Engineering.

Experience : 2-4 years of work experience as a Data Scientist.

Technical Skills :

- Proficiency in Python and R.

- Advanced SQL and data querying skills (Hadoop/Hive, Scala).

- Experience with feature engineering and hyperparameter optimization.

- Experience with cloud platforms (Microsoft Azure, AWS).

- Experience with Agent Frameworks, RAG Frameworks, and Chunking Strategies.

- Strong understanding of LLMs, Vector Databases, and Knowledge Graphs.

- Experience with Token Management and Vision-based AI.

- Proficiency in statistical concepts and ML algorithms.

- Experience with cloud-based data management tools (Azure Data Factory, Data Lake, Azure ML, Synapse, Databricks).

- Experience with LangChain and Llama Index.

- Experience with CI/CD pipelines.
