Data Analytics Specialist

Job Description :

Key Responsibilities :

- Analyze large datasets from various sources to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement in video delivery and related business areas.

- Utilize advanced data analytics platforms such as BitQuery/Databricks (or similar platforms like Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Snowflake, Apache Kafka, Apache Flink) to extract, transform, and load data, and perform in-depth analysis.

- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to communicate key performance indicators (KPIs) and insights to stakeholders across the organization.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product, and operations, to define data requirements, design analytics solutions, and support data-driven decision-making.

- Apply statistical modeling, machine learning, and other analytical techniques to solve complex problems and improve the efficiency and effectiveness of video delivery processes.

- Ensure data quality, accuracy, and integrity by implementing data validation and cleansing procedures.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in data analytics, cloud computing, and video delivery.

- Provide expertise and guidance on data analytics best practices to other team members.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 7 - 10 years of professional experience in data analytics, with a focus on large-scale data processing and analysis.

- Strong hands-on experience with data analytics platforms, including BitQuery/Databricks or similar technologies such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Snowflake, Apache Kafka, and Apache Flink.

- Solid understanding of cloud environments and cloud systems, specifically AWS, Azure, or GCP.

- Proven understanding of video delivery platforms and related metrics.

- Excellent SQL skills and experience with relational databases.

- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R.

- Experience with data visualization tools (e., Tableau, Power BI).

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical findings to non-technical audiences.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
