Data Analyst - Python/SQL

Job Responsibilities :

- Collaborate with sales, solution engineering, and product teams to define, refine, and prioritize analytics use cases and insights.

- Build dashboards, visualizations, and reports that address customer needs and demonstrate the value of insights and data products.

- Work with both proprietary and external real estate datasets to deliver impactful insights.

- Partner with data and industry SMEs to validate and refine deliverables.

- Learn and apply cloud platforms like Databricks and Snowflake to develop analytics and insights on cloud marketplaces.

- Create recipes (reusable analytics use cases) that combine data products and insights for internal and external stakeholders.

- Drive internal discussions with cross-functional teams to position dashboards, insights, and

use cases effectively.

- Contribute to building a library of insights and examples for client and prospect engagement.

Job Qualifications :

- Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience.

- 5 years of relevant experience managing or building data analytics products.

- Proficiency in SQL, Python and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, or Superset).

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- A collaborative mindset with excellent communication and organizational skills.

- Enthusiasm for working with real estate datasets and analytics tools.

- Ability to learn quickly, adapt to new challenges, and handle multiple projects in a fast-paced

environment
