At Talent Worx, we're seeking a skilled Data Analyst (PowerBI) for a national-level online platform that simplifies the financing of receivables for Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). Our client's platform facilitates the financing of invoices from buyers through financiers via a bidding model, offering services like account opening, uploading, accepting, discounting, and settlement of invoices via factoring/reverse factoring. They also provide other RBI-permitted services.

Our client operates a B2B marketplace that efficiently manages and runs an online receivable discounting platform, ensuring smooth short-term financial transactions among financiers, buyers, and sellers.

Location : Thane, Maharashtra, India (Onsite)

Role Description :

As a Data Analyst specializing in PowerBI, you will be crucial in leveraging data to drive strategic business solutions for a leading fintech platform. You'll work closely with various stakeholders to identify opportunities for optimization, enhance product development, refine marketing techniques, and improve overall business strategies.

Your role will involve comprehensive data mining and analysis, developing custom data models, applying predictive modeling, and generating insightful reports to support key business outcomes like customer experience, revenue generation, and ad targeting.

Responsibilities :

- Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to identify opportunities for leveraging company data to drive effective business solutions.

- Mine and analyze data from various company databases to optimize and improve product development, marketing techniques, and overarching business strategies.

- Assess the effectiveness and accuracy of new data sources and data gathering techniques, ensuring data integrity and reliability.

- Develop custom data models and algorithms and apply them to diverse data sets to extract actionable insights.

- Utilize predictive modeling techniques to enhance and optimize customer experiences, boost revenue generation, improve ad targeting, and achieve other critical business outcomes.

- Coordinate with different functional teams to seamlessly implement data models and continuously monitor their performance and impact.

- Develop robust processes and tools to monitor and analyze model performance and ensure data accuracy.

- Generate both periodic and ad-hoc reports as needed, presenting complex data in a clear, concise, and actionable manner.

- Apply experience in Credit Analysis to derive insights relevant to the financial domain.

Requirements :

Experience : An overall experience of 4-7 years as a Data Analyst, specifically within the Finance, Banking, Investment Banking, Fintech, Rating Agency, or NBFC industry.

Educational Qualifications :

- Post-Graduate/MBA degree with specialization in any stream; OR

- A Graduate degree combined with relevant experience as a Data Analyst in the specified industries.

Technical Skills :

- Proven expertise in PowerBI for data visualization and reporting.

- Strong skills in data mining and analysis.

- Experience in developing custom data models and algorithms.

- Proficiency in predictive modeling and its application to business outcomes.

- Familiarity with assessing data sources and data gathering techniques.

- Experience with Credit Analysis.
