Data Analyst - ETL

Responsibilities :

- Gather, process, and analyze large datasets from multiple sources.

- Design and implement ETL pipelines to support data migration and transformation processes.

- Develop dashboards, visualizations, and reports to support business decision-making.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product, and business teams, to understand data needs.

- Identify trends, patterns, and insights through quantitative analysis.

- Ensure data quality and integrity through rigorous validation and testing.

- Assist in automating recurring reporting tasks and data flows.

- Support ad-hoc data analysis and troubleshooting as needed.

Role Requirements/Expectations :

- 2 to 4 years of hands-on experience in data analysis and ETL processes.

- Strong proficiency in SQL and ability to write complex queries.

- Solid understanding of data structures, databases, and data modeling.

- Experience with data visualization tools like Power BI, Tableau, or similar.

- Familiarity with Python, R, or other scripting languages for data manipulation is a plus.

- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Skills :

- Experience working with cloud data platforms (Azure Data Factory, AWS Glue, etc.).

- Exposure to financial, SaaS, or analytics-focused domains.

- Working knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodology.
