Creospan is looking for a dynamic Product Owner / Product Manager with a banking and wealth management background to drive digital transformation and build innovative financial solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Product Strategy & Roadmap : Define and execute the product vision for digital banking and wealth management solutions.

- Product Lifecycle Management : Drive end-to-end product development, from ideation to market launch.

- Agile & Scrum Execution : Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prioritize backlogs, create user stories, and deliver high-impact features.

- Customer-Centric Innovation : Enhance user experience through data-driven insights and market trends.

- API & Open Banking : Enable seamless integrations with fintech and banking ecosystems.

Qualifications & Skills :

- 9+ years of experience in product management/ownership within the banking or wealth management domain.

- Strong understanding of investment products, portfolio management, and digital banking.

- Hands-on experience with Agile frameworks (Scrum, SAFe), Jira, and Confluence.

- Ability to collaborate with stakeholders, including business, tech, and regulatory teams.

- Experience in data analytics, A/B testing, and customer journey optimization.
