Job Description :

We at CarDekho Group are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior AI Application Engineer to join our team.

This position requires advanced expertise in developing and optimizing AI models, along with a solid grounding in broader data science principles.

The successful candidate will be instrumental in designing and implementing cutting-edge AI solutions, with a focus on Generative AI applications.

Key Responsibilities :

AI Expertise :

- Design and deploy efficient vector databases to support large-scale Generative AI projects.

- Develop and enhance Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines for robust information retrieval and text generation.

- Integrate the Langchain framework and implement context-aware techniques for Generative AI models.

- Create and manage human-in-the-loop workflows to ensure output accuracy, control, and bias mitigation in Generative AI applications.

- Continuously monitor and evaluate Generative AI model performance, addressing potential biases and fairness concerns.

- Apply advanced prompt engineering techniques to refine model interactions and improve the quality of outputs.

Data Science Foundation :

- Utilize statistical and machine learning methods to analyze and prepare data for Generative AI projects.

- Stay current with the latest advancements in Generative AI and related fields (e., Natural Language Processing, Deep Learning).

- Communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams (engineering, research, product) to deliver impactful Generative AI solutions.

Qualifications :

- Demonstrated experience in building and optimizing Generative AI models (e., LLMs, RAG pipelines, fine tuning).

- Strong knowledge of vector databases and their use in Generative AI.

- Expertise in prompt engineering techniques.

- Proficient in Python programming and familiar with relevant AI frameworks (e., TensorFlow, PyTorch).

- Solid foundation in statistics, machine learning, and data analysis.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

- Strong communication and teamwork skills.

- Over 3+ years of experience in AI/Data Science roles
