Position overview : We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to join our team as a Dev/Sr. Dev specializing in Camunda BPM platform. In this role, you will be responsible for implementing Camunda-based solutions for our clients. You will work closely with project managers, business analysts, architects and other stakeholders to understand requirements and design scalable, efficient, and robust solutions on the Camunda platform.

Responsibilities :

- Design and model business processes using the Camunda BPMN.

- Expert in implementation experience in integration of Camunda with DB, web services, external systems, etc.

- Expert in Camunda process modeler, reporting, UI design, business rules development and management, content and case management, etc.

- Collaborate with business analysts, project managers, architect, and stakeholders to ensure timely delivery and quality of Camunda projects.

- Conduct peer reviews and code audits to ensure compliance with Camunda development standards and best practices.

- Help create proprietary accelerators, utilities, and reusable components to improve project delivery.

- Keep up to date with the latest trends and developments in Camunda and related technologies. Drive awareness in the technical community.

Requirements :

- Must be familiar and comfortable in the domains of process modeling, process monitoring, process improvement, business rules, and business event-based technologies.

- Experience in designing and implementing complex Camunda processes, services, forms, and decision tables, using BPMN, DMN, and CMMN standards.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to engage effectively with senior stakeholders.

- Willingness to travel for short/long-duration assignments (client meetings, workshops, technical discussions, PoC demonstrations, projects, etc.).
