Business Analyst - Artificial Intelligence/NLP Solutions

Client : Fintech.

Role : Business Analyst AI & NLP/LLM Solutions.

Location : Mumbai (WFO).

Reporting to : Co-Founder.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the integration of AI tools and AI-enabled technologies to improve business outcomes in financial services sector.

- Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of AI-driven products and AI, NLP and LLM based solutions for driving operational efficiency and revenue growth.

- Manage the development and deployment of AI driven bots for digital platform and investment products.

- Develop AI bots on platforms like Alexa, Google Assistant, WhatsApp, Facebook, IVR, etc. as per companys requirement.

- Enhance NLU engines, analyze chat log & voice data, and implement process automation.

- AI-Driven Automation : Implemented data and process automation, enhancing operational efficiency.

- Design and Implement Automated Workflows : Lead the design and execution of automated workflows, focusing on tasks such as research aggregation, document creation, and data analysis.

- AI Implementation : Experience and knowledge on implementing AI tools for financial analysis or document automation.

- CRM Integration : Familiarity with CRM system implementation in the financial services sector.

- Platform Knowledge : Experience with financial platforms like Bloomberg, Tracxn, etc.

- Technical Familiarity : Knowledge of modern API integration, data architecture, and related technologies.

Required Qualifications :

- Experience : 4 -10 years in implementing AI, NLP, or Conversational AI solutions, with a focus on financial services.

- Project Leadership : Proven ability to manage the lifecycle of AI products, from inception to deployment.

- Technology Expertise : Deep knowledge of Generative AI, LLM, and AI tools.

- Skills : Strong communication, project management, and analytical skills.

- Vendor & Budget Management : Experience in managing technology vendors and budgets.

- Leadership & Influence : Lead change and influence teams across various departments.

Education :

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
