We are seeking an experienced BoldBI Developer/Consultant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for implementing, developing, and supporting BI solutions using BoldBI. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in business intelligence, data visualization, and dashboard development. The role requires a deep understanding of BI tools, data integration, and analytical skills, combined with strong communication and collaboration abilities.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain compelling BI dashboards and reports using Bold BI to effectively meet diverse business requirements.

- Work collaboratively with business stakeholders to meticulously gather and translate their needs into impactful and effective BI solutions.

- Integrate Bold BI with various data sources (e.g., databases, data warehouses, cloud services, APIs) to create dynamic, real-time, and insightful reports.

- Perform in-depth data analysis and provide actionable insights to business teams, supporting data-driven decision-making.

- Customize and configure Bold BI solutions, meticulously ensuring performance optimization, scalability, and an intuitive user experience.

- Implement robust security measures for data access and reporting at various levels, safeguarding sensitive information.

- Troubleshoot and resolve BI tool-related issues, ensuring optimal performance and maximum uptime of our solutions.

- Collaborate seamlessly with data engineers, data analysts, and other cross-functional teams to ensure smooth data integration and availability.

- Provide comprehensive training and ongoing support to end-users and stakeholders to enhance the adoption and effective use of Bold BI solutions.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest BI trends, industry best practices, and Bold BI platform enhancements, proactively recommending improvements.

Required Qualifications & Skills :

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.

- 7-15 years of proven experience in Business Intelligence development, with significant hands-on experience as a Bold BI Developer/Consultant.

- Extensive experience in designing, developing, and maintaining BI dashboards and reports using Bold BI.

- Strong proficiency in data visualization best practices and dashboard design principles.

- Demonstrated ability to integrate Bold BI with diverse data sources (SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MySQL, Oracle, Azure SQL, AWS Redshift, Snowflake, REST APIs, Excel, CSV).

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to extract actionable insights from complex datasets.

- Experience in data analysis and providing data-driven recommendations.

- Knowledge of data warehousing concepts, ETL processes, and data modeling.

- Ability to customize and configure Bold BI solutions for performance optimization and enhanced user experience.

- Experience in implementing security measures for data access and reporting within BI tools.

- Strong troubleshooting skills for resolving BI tool-related issues.

- Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with business stakeholders and technical teams.

- Proactive in staying updated with the latest BI trends and Bold BI platform advancements.
